What fun it was to pay it forward this morning, serving as one of 36 mentors at the Charlotte Business Journal # MentoringMonday event at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Center City Campus. As always, I learned a thing or two from the hundreds of mentees who came there to learn from us. This national event, hosted simultaneously in 40-plus markets, pairs participants with mentors for one-on-one coaching sessions in a speed-networking format.
